All custom graphics that are designed by Pear Street Studios and Jolie Graphique are one of a kind and will not be duplicated on any other web sites. Pear Street Studios retains the rights to use the completed web site and/or logo for the purpose of advertising publications and portfolios.

All Domain names and hosting that are purchased through Pear Street Studios are done so in the clients name. Therefore you will always own the rights to all aspects of your web site.

We respect that you want your web site to be unique, therefore we do not use templates. All work is done to fit your style and the specific needs of your business. If you'd like to use someone else's designs or graphics other than Pear Street Studios or Jolie Graphique, those individuals will be given credit on your site.

All quotes are good for 30 days. 50% down is required to start and 50% balance upon completion.

Related services and offerings with links from this website, including client sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website.
